Zakkiyyah Terrell White, Managing Attorney, has been actively involved in residential, commercial and investment
real estate transactions. Having owned and operated a title insurance as well as real estate brokerage for
several years, in addition to executive management experience, Ms. White has extensive purchase and sale,
leasing, real estate financing, land-use & development, eminent domain, loss mitigation and settlement experience. A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Ms. White is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she simultaneously obtained her law degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center, as well as a Master's in Business Administration from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Ms.White attended Howard University in the District of Columbia, where she received a B.A. in Sociology, minoring in Language Arts with a concentration in Spanish. As a law student, Ms. White completed a study abroad in Caracas, Venezuela focusing on its legal system and business transactions. Ms. White is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the District of Columbia; and is also a licensed real estate broker and mortgage broker in the State of Florida. Additionally, Ms. White completed the Florida Supreme Court approved training for certification as both a Circuit Civil and County Court mediator. |
