Jessica Most, Staff Attorney, previously owned and operated a high-volume debt collection law firm, focusing primarily on credit card debt and delinquent loans. Following the sale of her firm, Ms. Most joined Gladstone Law Group where she practices foreclosure law. Ms. Most received her law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2005, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of the same year. While in law school, Ms. Most was a member of the Moot Court Board, during which time she placed second in the Closing Argument Competition, sponsored by Harvard Law School. Ms. Most was also a board member of the St. Thomas Law Review, and Founding President of St. Thomas’ Student Animal Legal Defense Fund chapter. As a law student, Ms. Most worked as a Certified Legal Intern in the civil domestic violence division of Miami-Dade County Legal Aid. Ms. Most also dedicated countless pro bono hours as a certified member of the Managed Care Ombudsman Committee for the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Most majored in both Theater and Psychology at the College of Santa Fe, New Mexico, until transferring to to Florida Atlantic University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. |
