Marian Kusner, Bankruptcy Manager obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2005. She has an extensive background working as a paralegal since 2000 in the bankruptcy, probate, and collections industry. Prior to joining the firm she managed a team of legal assistants responsible for scheduling and coordinating pre-trials, hearings, mediations, and trials for a collections law firm, filing over 1,000 cases per month. In addition to this team she was responsible for all Bankruptcy cases. She also served as a paralegal preparing probate documents for the purpose of opening, maintaining, and closing probate estates and filing probate claims nationally.

Ms. Kusner gained extensive experience with the processing of bankruptcy claims, research of bankruptcy issues, and procedures for processing bankruptcy files. Through her experience she developed procedure manuals to automate and create efficiencies in this area for the State of Florida.
