Senior Partner Roger Gladstone graduated from Stanford University in 1975, earned his Master of Business Administration from New York University in 1977, and then earned his law degree from the Benjamin Cardoza Law School, Yeshiva University in 1981. Roger is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Florida Bar. Roger owned a public financial services firm with offices in New York and Florida. He founded Gladstone Law Group in 2007 to provide legal representation to financial institutions.

Managing Partner Andrea Shelowitz graduated from the University of Florida in 1993 in the top 10% of her class, and then earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1996. During law school she held a position as Editor of the prestigious Law Review, and served as a member of the Moot Court Society. Following law school, Andrea practiced for four years with the Public Defender's Office handling a high volume of cases, including misdemeanors, juvenile cases, felonies and life felonies, as well as sitting second chair on a highly publicized murder trial. Moreover, while at the Public Defender's Office, Andrea was awarded Attorney of the Year for her ability to competently handle a large number of cases through trial.

Thereafter, Andrea Shelowitz started her own practice, and handled a variety of matters including; commercial litigation, corporate transactions, general civil practice, family law, personal injury and appeals. During that time, Andrea started a family and continued her practice adding foreclosure defense and probate cases to the firm.

Andrea Shelowitz joined Gladstone Law Group in 2010, and brings to the firm her vast experience in complex litigation, as well as her effective abilities in the courtroom, appellate work, trial, management and remarkable personal skills, making her a valuable member to the firm. As Managing Partner, Andrea has developed a strong litigation team, as well as a foreclosure trial team that is capable of litigating cases throughout the state. Additionally, she has created an Appellate and Complex Litigation division to keep a step ahead of the challenges and new tactics involved with foreclosures in Florida. Andrea Shelowitz is committed to insuring that Gladstone Law Group is an effective, diligent, competent and ethically run law firm even with the great obstacles Plaintiffs' firms face today.
